The simultaneous injection of elites and superior talents into the government system has a very beautiful effect on its soul and body, because on the one hand, these people cause more effective and targeted directions to the movement of the entire system; On the other hand, non-elite members of organizations within this new flow try to show elite organizational behaviors because the patterns of elites next to them affect their subconscious.

The presence of top talent as people who have not yet reached the elite position helps to act as a link between the elite and other employees and eliminate the existing vacuum so that the working relationship of these three groups is more fluid and stable.

Elites and sustainable development

Just as the original and long-lived civilizations of history were all known for their scientists and scientific and technical masterpieces, our government also needs to use its elites for its consistency and continuity and must use them in all areas of decision-making, decision-making and implementation. . In this regard, the government should make optimal use of third-generation universities as a nursery and source of training for skilled and efficient personnel, as well as producing solutions to their own problems, by directing academic theses and researches towards solving society's problems. In sanctions, with the help of the government components that had knowledge-based thinking and action, we were able to reach incredible opportunities from the threat of sanctions, to the extent that the Iranian name and brand became prominent in fields such as medicine, nuclear, missiles, etc., and caused the political and economic equations to change. The world should change and Iran should play a special role among the influential elements in these equations. As a result, it is a mistake to test the tested, which means that a fully knowledge-based government should be injected into the body of executive bodies to witness a fundamental and stable leap in the country. In order to implement this issue, the executive bodies should practically adhere to the regulations and use elites at different executive levels, sometimes even to the extent of consultants or initial paper lists, so that the actual entry of elite assemblies into the government body is facilitated and accelerated.
