The issue of reinforcing domestic production is cultural before being scientific or economic and if any kind of action should get done in it and any mutation should be emerged, this is the culture needs to be changed. But culture cannot be changed by governmental directive and orders and prohibitions of high-ranking managers. On affection and devotion, the Iranian gifted poet says: “Sa’di! Your heart’s gift of love was given you by Time / to stop it living is a height only Time will climb”. This Sa’di’s interpretation can be used on culture and devotion. Via a long time, a culture has become pervasive and penetrated to people’s belief which cannot be evicted nor changed unless via long times.

Particularly, on this issue related to reinforcing domestic production and especially knowledge-based, culture people must try diligently and with patience turn this words to public belief to reinforce “Us” as “Iran” in all fields. Remember that “Reinforcement” is pervasive and comprehensive and can’t be one-dimensional and uncoordinated. There is no way that we make progress for example in generating science and scientific papers and reach a considerable rank but be dependent on others in producing life goods and tools. There is no way that we reach new heights in knowledge boundaries to be envied by others but fall behind Brazil and Korea in car manufacturing….However, we shouldn’t have over the top expectation. There is no country that is pioneer in all fields. It is good to mention here that the hegemonic system shows itself powerful and pioneer fakely. Today that news and information have leaked from classified documents, they have been exposed and it was kithed that despite media’s advertisement, they have serious weak points as well and employ world scientists rather than generating the science. Indeed, this very action that a country manages to recruit scientists and create a magnetic that attract educated and open-mind people is an undeniable “virtue” but the issue is that the wrong belief that the “hegemonic system” is a powerful and perfect system has been flawed.

However, if we want to mess with this hegemonic system or at least not to admit its bulliness it is necessary to reinforce our domestic stamina. If we pay attention to this issue well, we will conclude that we can’t reinforce our domestic stamina unless we reinforce the domestic production. If the domestic production doesn’t prosper, universities and their R&D won’t prosper. If the domestic production doesn’t prosper, economic problems won’t be solved. Joblessness will be defeated by factory’s prosperity. People’s living condition will be improved when the domestic production get organized.

But “resistive economy” in  more important than other issues. As long as we don’t manage to produce what we need with high and desirable quality, talking about resistive economy is just a slogan. Unequivocally, all countries have economic exchange and trade what they have. Even it is said that producing everything is not affordable for the country. It is right. But a country in political-geographical position and strategic situation of Islamic Republic of Iran with regard to the high ideals of the Islamic Revolution has to think about things beyond being “affordable”.

Hence, reinforcing our domestic production can lead to reinforcing our political- dogmatic situation. Having relation with world is OK but being dependent on others is not. We shouldn’t be talking about fundamentals. Of course Iran’s growth and economic blessing is related to interacting with the world. There is no problem in this matter but on one condition that Iran enters such interactions in such a way that its domestic stamina doesn’t get weakened. We can’t face the world with weakness. So the most important duty for us is to reinforce our domestic stamina and more importantly our domestic and knowledge-based production, comprehensively.
