Shokri, who has a master's degree in aerospace (aerodynamics) from Sharif University of Technology, has previously held positions such as the head of the aviation group of the Presidential Center for Transformation and Development Cooperation, adviser to the deputy transport for the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, and an expert in the aviation group of the Development Cooperation Center. He has been the expert for the research center of Iran Khodro Company.

Dehghani said in Shokri's appointment order: "Based on his competence, expertise and experience, and at the suggestion of the deputy for the development of knowledge-based economy, by this order, I appoint you as the secretary for the development of knowledge-based economy of advanced and space transportation headquarters."

Presenting the plan and implementation of economy-oriented, driving and strategic projects using the capacity of knowledge-based and technological companies in the field of transportation and space with all governing bodies, related government organizations and private sector players with a long-term perspective

Guiding the field of air and aviation, the comprehensive document for the development of the country's aerospace and accelerating the achievement of the set goals

Developing the knowledge-based economy in the field of advanced and space transportation through the provision of technological solutions, especially in the field of electric and self-driving transportation industry

Promoting the participation of elites in identifying and solving problems in the field of transportation and space with the close cooperation of other decision-making, decision-making and government and private implementation elements".
