Protecting the market is the most important necessity to flourish knowledge-based economy.

Pointing out the attempts made to develop and support human resources, the market and knowledge-based economy of the country, Sattari emphasized: we need to make a change and protect the market for knowledge-based businesses, startups and local manufacturers.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, industries, knowledge-based companies and startups in metal field gathered together on the last day of a three-day conference hosted by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs.

During the event, Sattari considered motivation of knowledge-based youth as an element that leads to entrepreneurship and evolution in the economy of the country, stating: opening the doors to the creative youth, knowledge-based companies and startups has doubled the pace of advancement. Observing this level of motivation and effort will result in vitality and faith.

Sattari emphasized the expansion of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, adding: a new and exciting move has been made in the knowledge-based business environment of the country, so that even humanities universities have embarked on startups and knowledge-based areas and have laid the foundation for flourishing of knowledge-based and startup businesses and making money in fields such as content production and animation.

Pointing out that the main value added is hidden in the production of these raw materials, where we mostly rely on others, Sattari continued: we must completely forget about raw selling since it is not functional for a country that has more than four and a half million students and extraordinary humanities capacity.

The president of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter emphasized the necessity of forgetting about raw selling and creating value added from innovation of creative human resources, reminding: a country that continues to rely on selling its underground and crude doesn"t need university, innovation, and creative youth. Therefore, attention must be paid to the actual meaning of value added and actual employment, where the authorities and market owners open the field for role-playing of knowledge-based companies and startups.

Communication with Knowledge-based Activists and Startups in the Metal Field

During the ceremony, Sattari visited the technological abilities fair of knowledge-based companies and startups in metal field.

During the three days of the event, 111 agreements with a value of more than 400 billion tomans were signed between knowledge-based companies, technological units and startups with the metal industry.

The gathering was started on September 25th, 2019 with the goal of developing the market for knowledge-based companies, supporting domestic production and development of technological cooperation between large producers in the metal field of the country and more than 110 knowledge-based companies, startups, and technologists.
