A project that supports the commercialization of new ideas and is a gateway to enter the business world and generate revenue from ideas. "Take Off" shortens the path of commercialization of ideas and prevents common mistakes along the way. It will be organized by the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology, and the Culture and Knowledge-Based Economics and the Development of Soft and Creative Industries Headquarters, in cooperation with the Pardis Technology Park and the Innovation Network, will participate in the implementation of this important event.

Parviz Karami, Secretary of the Culture and Knowledge-Based Economy Headquarters and Development of Soft and Creative Industries in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology, said about this important project: "Providing support services to people with ideas is one of the important measures to achieve technological products." "Take Off" project also started with this view, to provide facilities and support and advice to idea makers in this direction.

Karami continued: "This plan is a targeted program in which various services are provided." Finding or identifying and empowering are the two main steps in "Take Off". In the search phase, people are evaluated in terms of entrepreneurial capacity after registering on the Tinet website. At this stage, each person gets a better understanding of himself.

Adviser to the Vice President of Science and Technology added: "In the second phase, i.e. empowerment, more limited people are present and after passing the 3 to 5 month courses, the teams are ready to enter the business world." 

Karami explained more about each of the stages for the "Take Off" and stated: Knowing the owner of the idea about himself and his plan is the most important step for entrepreneurship. So, in the first stage, individuals are examined for entrepreneurship by the ECA test. This test is designed with a global standard, as well as a review of many Iranian companies and startups and the opinion of successful entrepreneurs, and it can be said that it is the most complete test available to evaluate the community of an entrepreneur. In the output of this test, applicants in various dimensions are introduced to their strengths and weaknesses to enter the world of personal business.

The head of the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology also said about the empowerment stage: "In this stage, various tools are used." In this course, services such as expert personal counseling, leadership throughout the course by experienced people, mentoring, networking in the ecosystem, sessions to transfer the experience of successful and unsuccessful entrepreneurs, use of crowdfunding platform, training of necessary concepts, etc. will be provided.
