National center for the development of smart car technology will be developed.

National center for the development of smart car technology will be developed.

The energy technology development headquarters has aimed to establish the national center for the development of smart car technology to observe the growth and development of this technology in the near future.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the energy technology development headquarters has aimed to establish the national center for the development of smart car technology with the cooperation of development center of infrastructures for electric cars and knowledge-based companies. Smart car technology will be one of the disruptive technologies until 2025, economic dimensions of which is predicted to about two billion dollars.

 

Along with the environmental impacts of this technology, development of this technology can decrease a minimum and maximum of 30 and 150 thousand cases of deadly accidents, respectively, which is a considerable amount. In fact, the main parts of this technology are computer vision, advanced sensors and machine-to-machine communication. Therefore, with regard to the importance of this issue, headquarter has designed some programs, including detection and evaluation of domestic power and creation of national centers for development of smart car technology. This headquarter has aimed to establish this center until the end of the next year with the cooperation of technological companies.
