Iran ranks 15th in the world in the production of scientific articles/The End of the Superiority of the United States and the First Rank of China
The scientific equations of the world have changed. The years of the United States’ superiority in publishing scientific articles is ended reported by the Scopus Database.
According to the latest data of the Scopus Database in 2019 in Iran, the number of scientific article publication of Iran improved by one step. Today, Iran is ranked 15th in the world, which has been the highest rank of Iran to date. Overall, 67744 articles have been produced in 2019, showing a 13% growth, compared to 2018.
This shows that the activists of the innovation and technology ecosystem are on the right track. We have dealt with sanctions and a deadly disease, but we have been able to defeat them since the ecosystem of innovation and technology creates hope.
However, the latest data of the Scopus Database have shown that China has been ranked first for the first time. An important phenomenon that has changed the scientific equations and the power structure in the world.
China ranked first in the world with 684,000 scientific articles published in 2019, surpassing the United States with 678,000. In 2018, the United States published 699 thousand scientific articles, which in 2019 was reduced by 21 thousand.
