Referring to the role of the oil industry in the development of the knowledge-based economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, said: The signing of these cooperation agreements will create the basis for creating a market worth 500 million euros for knowledge-based companies in the field of oil and gas.

Dehghani emphasized that guaranteeing the purchase of products and services and the implementation of these projects and defining them based on a real need of the oil industry are among the main features of these agreements, he continued: This is why we are talking about the agreement. that the market guarantee, the definition of the project on a case-by-case basis and the guarantee of the industries' use of these knowledge-based products and services have caused them to leave the memorandum stage and find an executive guarantee. The duration and program, the value of the contracts, the scope and method of their implementation, and the executor and the audience of the projects are clearly defined in the form of these agreements.

The Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, referring to meeting the bottleneck needs of oil with the help of knowledge-based companies, said: the development of technological products will have economic benefits, employment and authority, which will definitely provide the ground for the private sector investor to enter this field.

He stated that the conclusion of agreements in the field of oil, after the announcement of readiness of knowledge-based companies, will lead to contracts with market guarantees corresponding to the number mentioned in the agreements, and continued: Allocating the market of large industries to knowledge-based companies; Accordingly, one of the main clauses in all agreements is to facilitate and guarantee the market of knowledge-based products and services. If we provide the necessary market and background, knowledge-based products will certainly provide employment and added value while meeting the needs of the country.

 Referring to the role of more than 8,500 knowledge-based companies in the country's economy and the potential capacity of these businesses to meet the bottleneck and strategic needs of the country, the head of the National Elites Foundation said: "We are trying to get 10 to 15 percent of the gross national product from the place of production and commercialization of knowledge-based products.

 Signing cooperation agreements worth 500 million euros

According to the cooperation agreements signed in this event, Khatam-ul-Anbia base, National Oil Company, National Iran Drilling Company, National South Oil-bearing Regions Company, PetroIran Company, Saruk Azar Engineering and Development Company, Pasargad Energy Development Company through agreements with the participation and support of the Vice-Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy and knowledge-based companies committed to allocate their market to knowledge-based companies in key and bottleneck areas.

A cooperation agreement was signed in the field of defining 4 knowledge-based mega-projects worth 300 million euros with the cooperation between the Vice-Presidency of Science and the Khatam Al-Anbia base in the field of exploration, exploitation and investment in the field of renewable energy. Also, in the field of developing knowledge-based oil and gas projects, with the support of the Vice-Presidency of Science and Pasargad Energy Development Company, a cooperation agreement was signed to define 8 megaprojects worth 200 million euros.

Also, the first production contract in the field of design and construction of multi-phase pumps to meet the needs of the oil industry worth 432 billion tomans with the use of university capacity and knowledge-based companies with the participation of the National Company of Southern Oil-rich Regions was signed with the support of the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy.
