The event aims to support talented individuals and companies to enter the market of international outsourced projects from 5 to 9 July by the Center for International Interaction Science and Technology of the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology.

The main focus of this event is to become more familiar with the concepts of project outsourcing and how to receive and understand the culture of the international market and solutions to problems caused by sanctions, and "freelancers", "people seeking skills in this field" and "Information and creative industries and creative companies and knowledge-based main audiences" are also its main audiences.
