In addition, they are capable of being recognized as the most important pillars in economic development of the country.

With the presence of Sorena Sattari, Vice President for Science and Technology, and Kazem Khavazi, Minister of Jihad for Agriculture, a meeting of food and agriculture startups was held so that technology activists could speak directly about their capabilities and achievements and facilitate the activities of the businesses.

The head of the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran, during his visit to Kavosh research town, announced the preparation of the necessary infrastructure for the establishment of selected knowledge-based companies in the leading phase of this research town in the form of 14 completed independent units.

This June, the Silk Road Science Fund (SRSF) announced its fifth call for cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences and Iran National Science Foundation in order to increase scientific and technological cooperation between the researchers of the two countries.

The capacity and capability of the top export knowledge bases is linked to the lucrative Eurasian market by the efforts of the International Affairs & Technological Exchange Center.

In line with the support of creating businesses based on innovation, technology and realization of economy of resistance and with the goal of turning ideas into wealth, 10s of large entrepreneurship events are held every year all over the country with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs. The fourth round of the Young Scientists Festival is one of these events.

In the year of production leap and with the support of domestic technologies and producers, another chance is provided to present the abilities and capacities of knowledge-based companies active in the field of cognitive sciences. These scientists can present their achievements on the 8th round of Iranlabexpo (laboratory equipment and chemical exhibition).
