In the meeting of the elites and activists of the technology and innovation ecosystem in Qazvin Governorate, the vice president of science and technology spoke about the role of creative companies and creative and innovation houses in the economic prosperity of the province.
In this meeting, Sorena Sattari pointed to the serious attention given to the development of the innovation and technology ecosystem by the knowledge-based production leap law, with a fundamental change in the approaches and views of officials, society and laws, and said: the vice presidency of science and technology has a serious focus on the implementation of the "knowledge-based production leap law" as the law changes many of our intellectual infrastructures in the economic field.
The Vice President of Science and Technology stated: Considering that there are serious legal debates in some of the bylaws of the Knowledge Production Leap Law, three of the bylaws for this law have been approved by the government and the other four are in the finalization stage. By the middle of September of this year, 90% of the regulations will be approved and finalized.
The head of the National Elites Foundation, referring to the importance and serious efforts of the leading and effective sectors in the implementation of the knowledge-based production leap law, said: This law requires careful study because it has changed many economic structures and provided many facilities to knowledge-based companies and elites.
Fundamental transformation with the realization of the law of knowledge-based production leap
Anticipating the knowledge-based production leap law in allocating establishment space to knowledge-based and creative companies for the development and prosperity of the technology and innovation ecosystem, Sattari said: This law is related to science and technology parks, industries, stock exchange, investment in banks, knowledge-based companies and establishment in residential houses have developed suitable solutions for the activities of technological companies. For example, after 60 years, there has been a change in the customs tariff for the import of machinery to support the manufacturers of Iran-made machinery. Many of these transformations have taken place in the knowledge-based production leap law.
The vice president of science and technology, pointing out that the provincial officials should be empathetic for the realization of knowledge-based economy sectors, continued: the knowledge-based production leap law is the result of three years of efforts and follow-up by the vice presidency of science and technology, and representatives of the Islamic Parliament, which is a 20-year roadmap for the country's future It draws the knowledge base in the field of economics.
Attention to the creative advantages of Qazvin province
The vice president of science and technology, emphasizing the capacity of Qazvin province in developing creative industries and creating creative businesses from the field of humanities, said: Creative and cultural industries, handicrafts and tourism, along with rich history and local culture, are among the advantages of Qazvin. It can be the basis for creating added value and employment through the development of creative industries and soft technologies.
Stating that agriculture is one of the main native advantages of Qazvin province, it flourishes with the help of knowledge-based companies and private sector investment in research. and realized the development of innovation. Knowledge-based economy requires private sector investment in research.
He added: "If we want to achieve a product in the agricultural research sector, we must turn the agricultural college into an agricultural research park, and the frameworks and protections must be removed to open the way for creative youth to enter."
Pointing to the necessity of strengthening the research and technology fund of the province, Sattari said: In the knowledge-based production jump law, these funds have been given many powers similar to those of banking.
