The vice president for science and technology affairs announced a condolence message on the passing of the great scholar in the field of sociology, Dr. Mohammad Amin Ghaneirad.

It was saddening to hear the news on the passing of Dr. Ahmad Ghaneirad, this late and committed scholar. He has had unforgettable impacts on education of elites.

Death of this great and tireless professor during these great days will lead to meeting of his soul with Imams due to the fact that he spent his whole lifetime on knowledge, awareness and service to the revolution and his homeland.

My deepest sympathies go out to the family of this scholar. May his soul rest in peace.
