The American Bureau of Immigration announced that the rank of Iran in terms of sending students to this country has decreased five times, compared to the beginning of the Islamic revolution. The report of this administration confirms that propaganda on extreme brain drain of Iran in the past few years is absolute lie.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and quoted by Fanavarimag, our country was the first to send students to the United Stated by having 57 thousand students in the beginning of the Islamic Revolution. However, China has ranked first in this regard according to the statistics reported by the CIS until 2016.

This report has indicated the accurate number of 328,547 students to come from China, followed by India, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Canada, Vietnam, Taiwan, Brazil, Japan and Mexico.

Therefore, Iran with 12,269 students in the United States has been ranked 11^th among the countries sending students to this country.

Nevertheless, the number of students who have the nationality of Saudi Arabia and are studying in the United States is five times more than Iranian students.

In another part of this report by CIS, it is marked that despite the increased population of Iranian students by 27 times, compared to the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, the number of students present in America has decreased five times.
