The skill qualification tournament of “Fanavard” will be displayed on TV with the cooperation of knowledge-based technologies and economy development headquarter and by the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, for an entrepreneur, from an owner of a production unit to a knowledge-based company, the most annoying issue is having an unresolved problem. In this regard, finding an innovative and creative solution that would guide the business toward progress is of paramount importance.

The skill qualification tournament, which is held by the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building development headquarter, is a way to find solutions for problems and lays the groundwork for solving these issues by providing solutions that are emerged from the innovative and creative mind of Iranian youth for the most unsolvable issues.

Participants of this round of “Fanavard” will compete in a TV program. At the end, the best solutions can be used in the businesses of art and information and communications technology management.

Holding “Fanavard” in the Form of a TV Program

Hossein Ghodsizadeh, executive secretary of the competition, pointed out the holding of the fourth round of the competition, stating: these competitions have been initiated since winter 2017 in three areas of information and communications technology, art and management. Each of the mentioned fields will be held in various subcategories and fields. In the area of information and communications technology, participants will compete in areas of electricity and electronics, data mining, computer coding, smart phone coding, and open source intelligent search (OSInt).

Ghodsizadeh expressed that the fourth “Fanavard” will be held as a TV program for the first time, asserting: these competitions have been initiated in 16 fields and have reached their final stage, where 13 fields will have the opportunity to participate in the TV program.

A Groundwork for Dealing with Solutions and Issues

The executive secretary of the competition mentioned the holding process of the event, affirming: after announcing the call, enthusiasts of the field can register for the event on the website. Following that, employers, companies, and business owners will announce their problems that could not be solved or were significantly costly on the website.

According to Ghodsizadeh, Fanavard is a multifaceted platform that can be attended by business owners and investors (both private and governmental) from one side and the elite society from the other side.  

Provision of 299 Reponses for Problems

This activist in the technology area pointed out the provision of the groundwork by Fanavard to solve tens of problems. In this regard, he marked: each of the fields will be evaluated at the online stage. Eventually, seven works will enter the final stage.

Presence of Seven Teams at the Final evaluation Stage

Ghodsizadeh pointed out the presence of seven teams at the final evaluation stage, expressing: in each field, seven teams will present their project to three judges, who come from the academic society, specialized judgment and a decision-making judge in the guild area.

Participation of 14 Thousand Individuals in Fanavard

Ghodsizadeh affirmed that not all of the solutions will be high-tech, adding: these issues do not all require advanced technology solutions and might be of problem solving and technical nature since the fields of information and communications technology, art and management are not merely emphasized on high-techs and the aspects of market may be regarded in this regard as well. It is more important to determine what problem of the country can be solved by a solution, compared to just having a high-tech solution.

It is notable that the program will be broadcasted this fall in 13 episodes by the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building development headquarter.  The program is co-directed by Seyed Mohsen Hossein and Abolfazl Hajian and is produced by Seyed Mohsen Hosseini.
