The “INOTEX Page” event will be held along with the seventh international innovation and technology exhibition by the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs in order for startups to compete. 

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, an interesting section of innovative exhibitions in the world is the competing of startups in the form of a competition, where in addition to judges, investors will be present to identify proper opportunities. Therefore, one of the side events of INOTEX2017 is holding competitions between startups as “INOTEX Page”.

The first stage of the events will be held in June 2018 in four different cities of Tehran, Ahvaz, Shiraz and Mashhad in Iran. After determining the winners, two selected startups will have the opportunity to participate in the final stage along with the INOTEX exhibition. The winner of the competition in each city will receive financial aids to participate in the final round in Tehran.

In the final event, the startups that win in each city will compete with the selected startups present in INOTEX exhibition. These startups will be evaluated by judges and valuable awards will be given to the selected startups.

These competitions are held to find investment opportunities for startups. Therefore, the secretariat of the event have provided the necessary condition for investment in startups participating in the competitions.

In terms of awards, the first startup will receive eight million IRT, whereas the second and third startups will be given five and three million IRT, respectively. Registration will start from May 26^th 2018 and will end on June 10^th 2018.

The seventh round of INOTEX2018 is the largest specialized exhibition in the field of innovation and technology in Iran, which will be held June 5^th-7^th, 2018 by the efforts of the Pardis technology park at the location of specialized exhibitions of municipality of Tehran.
