Chairman of Iran national space administration stated: given the fact that the aviation industry is one of the most strategic industries of the country, regulation and development of international agreements in this area is of paramount importance.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, stated about the problems in the standard area of aviation industry: with its experiences in the “standard topic” and “frequent attention to health of passengers as the main users of the services”, the aviation industry has a wide range of standard documents and necessities.

He added: some of the infrastructures in the area of aerial standards include “regulation of multiple international agreements” and “convergence of pioneers of the industry while considering the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)”.

According to Dr. Manteghi, the issue of aerial standards is certainly the pioneer of other areas.

He also asserted: the more the cooperation, education and promotion develop in this area, the more it will have direct and indirect effects on other industrial fields.
