The allocation of 10 billion rials budget by the Research and Technology Fund of Shahid Beheshti University Science and Technology Park to companies and creative nuclei located in the park was one of the issues raised at the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Parviz Karami, Head of the Culture and Knowledge-Based Economy office and Development of Soft and Creative Industries, said: "The Culture Headquarters, in cooperation with the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, is trying to set up several specialized research and technology funds for the creative industries." Legalization in the Islamic Consultative Assembly can help change this situation. Accordingly, it is essential that lawmakers explicitly incorporate concepts related to creative companies and soft technologies, and cultural industries into protectionist laws such as the Production Leap Law in support of creative companies and similar laws.

In the continuation of the meeting, Iqbal Shakeri, a member of the Presidium of the Knowledge-Based Faction of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stated: The fact is that after interactions with the Culture and Knowledge-Based Economy Headquarters and the Development of Soft and Creative Industries, I, the Knowledge-Based Faction and a group of MPs are fully prepared to pass any support that creative companies need in the form of effective laws.
