The closing ceremony of the 3D print show was held featuring the secretary of the advanced manufacturing and materials development headquarter and secretary of the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter.

According to the news headquarter of the 3D print show, Hamid Reza Amiri Nia, at the closing ceremony of the 3D print show and the competition of the best Iranian printer, laureates of this competition and exhibition were introduced. In this ceremony held with presence of Mahmoud Mehrdad Shokrieh, secretary of the advanced manufacturing and materials development headquarter and Parviz Karami, secretary of the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter, 6 laureates were chosen in this exhibition which are as follow in respect of first to 3^rd rank in Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printers:

The first rank, the Sizan company with the L3 device won 80 million Rials cash

The second rank, the ZX-printer company with the Hermes device won 60 million Rials cash

The third rank, the Namogostar Diaco Rad with the S-Diaco device won 40 million Rials cash

Moreover, at the Resin 3D printers (DLP/SLA) laureates are as follow:

The first rank, Mohammad Rahimian with the Parsa 3D device won 100 million Rials cash

The second rank, the Pishro Fanavaran Karnojam company with the SD1280 device won 70 million Rials cash

Laureates of the first 3D print show received their appreciation memorial and prizes from Mahmoud Mehrdad Shokrieh, secretary of the advanced manufacturing and materials development headquarter; Parviz Karami, secretary of the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter; Seyyed Ali Akrami Far, head of the presidency innovation and technology cooperation center; Gholam Hossein Liaghat, head of the Society of Manufacturing Engineering of Iran; Hamid Reza Shahverdi, member of the board of the  innovation and efflorescence fund and Hamid Reza Amiri Nia, vice chairman of the knowledge-based economy committee of the executive headquarter of Imam’s order.

The first exhibition of 3D print industry and the competition of selecting the best Iranian 3D printer is held by the advanced manufacturing and material technology development headquarter of the vice presidency for science and technology affairs in association with the identity-maker and soft technologies development headquarter and the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter from May 1 to 3, 2017.
