Dehghani announced: Presentation of provincial cut in knowledge-based economy
The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy announced the implementation of the provincial program of knowledge-based economy from July to expand knowledge-based activities in different provinces of the country.
On the sidelines of the opening ceremony for the Abadiran exhibition, Ruhollah Dehghani, the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, said: Currently, some governors are performing well in the knowledge-based field, and there are governors who are not very active in this field. Of course, the discussion of expanding the scope of activities in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy in the provinces is one of the serious issues of our concern, and in this regard, we have a plan to create a section of the knowledge-based economy in each province.
He pointed out that good studies have been done in this field and the opportunities, facilities, large companies and the current situation of the provinces have been evaluated and in the future an agreement will be concluded with the governor and the head of the assembly of representatives of each province based on the direct sources provided by the vice presidency and other departments receive and follow the specified goals in the field of knowledge-based economy.
Dehghani clarified: In this program, the provincial cut of the knowledge-based economy and the annual cut of the program is determined in each province, such as the number of knowledge-based companies that should be set up in the province.
Dehghani continued: The necessary resources for the realization of the provincial cut of knowledge-based economy will be provided by the vice-presidency of science, and the follow-up of its implementation will be the responsibility of the governor and the chairman of the assembly of representatives of the province.
Stating that this plan will be implemented from July of this year, he stated: The performance of the provinces in the implementation of this program will be evaluated and the successful governors will be scored based on that and the progress report will be submitted to the Supreme Leader as the main claimant of the flow of knowledge. We present to the country and the president.
Dehghani expressed hope that with the implementation of this program, we will see the expansion of knowledge-based activities in different provinces of the country.
