According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Ghasem Arab was appointed as the consultant and director general of office of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs by the order of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs.

With regard to your abilities, commitment and valuable experiences, I appoint you as the consultant and director general of the office of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs. I hope that you continue your work with serious determination to manage and plan the affairs of the office that have a great sensitivity and importance. I wish you eternal success by the God Almighty.

In addition, hereby I appreciate the efforts of my dear brother, Mr. Parviz Karami, and his valuable services during his appointment as the head of office of the Vice-Presidency.

In terms of the work experience of Ghadem Arab, I need to point out that he is a faculty in Islamic Azad University, head auditor and teacher of energy management courses and executive manager of more than 50 executive and research projects in the area of energy management.

It is worth noting that before Arab, the presidency of the Vice-Presidency was simultaneously managed by Parviz Karami, advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs, and head of information and communication center of the Vice-Presidency.
