According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, president of the national elites foundation of Iran, stated about the rank of space technology of Iran, stating: we initiated benchmarking in various sectors to better understand the current situation of Iran among the regional countries.

He added: according to this process, Iran is ranked in terms of launch and creation of infrastructures and space exploration sciences.

According to Manteghi, we need to help the great number of talented youth in the space area to improve these rankings.

He also asserted: realization of the comprehensive document of space development in the country can affect the improvement of ranks earned by Iran in this area.
