Call for the national prize of stem cells and regenerative medicine, which will be held by the efforts of stem cells sciences and technologies, is extended to August 6^th 2018.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the national prize of stem cells and regenerative medicine will be held in four sections of top idea, top article, top final thesis and top invention. Enthusiasts of the top idea section must be student at the time of registration. In addition, their idea must be related to the relevant fields and have the necessary condition of being innovative.

In the section of top article, the applicants must be below 35 years at the time of registration. Articles must be authentic with relevant topics. Moreover, applicants must be the first or corresponding author of the article with organizational dependency for the former applicant.

Date of article publication must be 2017 or 2018, and the article must be indexed in the ISI database with a minimum impact factor of 2. In the final thesis section, applicants must be below 35 years. The topic of the theses must be related to the fields. In addition, theses of those who have been graduated for more than two years will be excluded. Only theses that have been defended will be evaluated. Moreover, applicants must have extracted at least two authentic articles from the theses.

In this section, the impact factor of one of the articles must be above 3, and the second article must have been published in a journal with impact factor of at least 2. International patent registration will be considered equal to an article with impact factor of 3.

In the top invention section, applicants must be below 35 years at the time of registration and the invention topic must be related to stem cells and regenerative medicine science and technologies.

In addition, those applicants for top article section who have documents on selection of their article as the best article in valid scientific gatherings can send their work to award@stemcell.isti.ir until August 22^nd 2018.
