Knowledge-based Equipment to Prevent Corona Will Be Sent to Kyrgyzstan

Corona disease has led knowledge-based companies to use their abilities and capacities in providing preventive equipment for neighboring countries.

The vice president for science and technology affairs has aimed to send knowledge-based products related to the prevention of corona disease to help neighboring and selected countries. This is done with the two goals of helping these countries and introducing products and knowledge-based capabilities to them. Last Friday, the humanitarian aid was sent to Bishkek with the cooperation and assistance of Kish Air. This auxiliary assignment weighed 1,650 kg.

Mahdi Ghalenoei, the head of the international affairs & technological exchange center, explained about the sent package: last Friday, the humanitarian aid of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs in the field of knowledge-based equipment related to corona disease was handed over to the officials of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Health and Foreign Affairs at Bishkek Airport.

According to Ghalenoei, these packages include knowledge-based products to prevent corona in the area of controlling and diagnosing COVID-19.

He expressed: the Iranian package to Kyrgyzstan weighed 1,650 kg and consisted of 2,500 igg diagnostic kits and 2,500 igm diagnostic kits. We sent a total of 5,000 diagnostic kits to this country.

Ghalenoei continued: a complete ventilator and 25 pulse oximeters, 25 thermometers, 2,000 disinfectants and other products were included in this support package.

He emphasized: this was carried out by the Vice-Presidency to help neighboring countries with which we have good political and economic relations. This will lay the ground for introducing Iranian knowledge-based products to these countries.

The head of the international affairs & technological exchange center believes that this act will provide space for future knowledge-based companies to communicate with selected countries to send their products to these countries.

He mentioned: the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs has initiated the program of sending developmental help to 14 countries since one month ago.

He continued: Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan have already received the aid, and other target countries will soon receive it.
