In this context, the knowledge-based companies center of the Vice-Presidency has created counseling centers in eight fields. knowledge-based companies can use counseling services up to five million Tomans every year.

Familiarization with business law, insurance, tax considerations, accounting, business contract law, team building principles, technology management, business development, marketing, and sales are among the basic needs of knowledge-based companies in achieving commercialization goals.

Counseling in various commercialization and business fields is provided in the form of the consultation counter with the support of the Vice-Presidency.

Insurance and Tax Counseling

In this area, knowledge-based companies often receive counseling in four sections of taxation, social security insurance, issues related to dispute delegation of social security insurance and questions related to tax dispute resolution board.

Market and Sales Development

Areas of "marketing & sales", "market research", "international marketing", "international market research", "digital marketing", "product pricing", and "labor reference and government transactions" are areas that knowledge-based companies get advice on market development and sales.

Consulting in the Field of Product Technical Development

Knowledge-based companies that often receive counseling products in the field of technical development are mostly active in seven areas of “information and communication technology", "petroleum, gas & petrochemical", "polymer & chemical products", "industrial design and packaging", "advanced diagnostics and treatment", "advanced materials", " advanced equipment and machinery", and "electronics, telecommunications, power, lasers, smart systems and medical equipment”.

Intellectual Property Rights

This can include complex rules and regulations. Accordingly, managers of knowledge-based companies are always faced with many questions and challenges in this regard.

"Business", "international law", "technology exchange consulting", "international patent consulting", "trademark registration", "searching for patent content analysis and use" and "labor law" are some of the areas in each field, where counseling is provided to companies.
