Insurance facilities reached knowledge-based companies
The supportive package for facilitating the affairs for knowledge-based companies is gradually developing. Insurance facilities are among the issues supported by the Vice-Presidency. These facilities include different fields. According to an agreement signed between the Vice-Presidency and the custodian governmental organization, eligible knowledge-based companies can benefit from contracts related to their knowledge-based activities and insurance right exemptions.
Forgiveness of social security insurance offenses is another facility provided to knowledge-based companies. According to the law of maximum utilization of production and service capacity to meet the country"s needs, the social security organization can forgive offenses outside the authority of employers. After assessing requests, the Vice-Presidency will introduce the confirmed companies to the determined institution.
Counseling
Knowledge-based companies also receive counseling on social security insurance from the Vice-Presidency and cooperating units. In this area, counseling includes several sections. Part of this service is advice on all social work and supply laws and the preparation of a defense bill for submission to the Social Security Organization. In addition, social security companies can receive counseling in areas of contract assessment in terms of insurance and attend meetings of dispute resolution committees as representatives.
Insurance Policy
According to the agreement signed between the Vice-Presidency and several insurance companies, the eligible knowledge-based companies can use some of the facilities according to the law. Liability insurance, third-party insurance, engineering and fire and theft insurance are among the policies that cover this service.
