Dehghani:
A threefold increase in knowledge-based exports compared to last year until the end of this year
The second exhibition of knowledge-based products in the field of food, medicine and medical equipment was opened with the presence of the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy.
According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, the Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, said in the opening ceremony of the second exhibition of knowledge-based products in the field of food, medicine and health-based medical equipment: I hope that good things will happen in this exhibition in the field of market development of companies. The presence of 200 new knowledge-based companies in the exhibition and the unveiling of 23 new knowledge-based products in this field is a big and national event.
Dehghani stated that the development of the export for knowledge-based products in the field of health is one of the priorities of the Vice Presidency of Science and it is necessary for other institutions to be the priority as well. Knowledge-based products are the basis of this field. It is expected that the export of knowledge-based products of the country will reach three times the last year, and an important part of that is medicine and medical equipment.
Emphasizing the necessity of creating public support for knowledge-based domestic products by helping to improve the quality of these products, Dehghani said: Now that we are reaching self-sufficiency in the production of domestic products and equipment, and we must make the people the real support of these products.
He added: If Iranian medicine and equipment are of such high quality that they are effective and have a good price and availability, the people will be the biggest supporters and supporters of it and prevent imports. Therefore, it is our duty to make a jihad effort and pass on quick profits so that the Iranian medical product is acceptable in the hearts and beliefs of the people.
The second exhibition of knowledge-based products in the field of food, medicine and medical equipment was held with the presence of 200 knowledge-based companies. At the opening of this event, 23 knowledge-based health products were unveiled including 12 pharmaceutical products and 11 knowledge-based equipment.
