In a special interview with IRIB news channel, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, described the innovation and technology ecosystem of the country, asking the government organizations to assist in facilitating the business space.

The secretary of the headquarters for culture knowledge-based economy stated: selecting scientific elites in various fields is a motivating activity carried out to develop the support of elites, professors and researchers in the country. In total, 100 scientific elites were selected from 19 cities of the country in the last round.

The vice president for science and technology affairs expressed in a meeting with army commanders: the defense needs of the country will be met using the abilities of knowledge-based companies. The defense field of the country has declared its technological needs, which will be met by knowledge-based companies in the best way possible.

Biotechnological solutions for coronavirus challenges will be proposed in a technological event, and opportunities and potentials in this field will be assessed by students from across the country.

Two reports were published by the Iranian Immigration Observatory and made available to the audience focusing on the international displacement of students during the outbreak of coronavirus and the academic and student displacements of Iranians.
