According to the communication and information center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, this evening during a ceremony attended by Ruhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Mohammad Sadegh Khayatian, head of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, and Mehdi Akhavan, the company's CEO. Iran Mobile Communications, a tripartite cooperation agreement was signed on "developing the ecosystem of innovation, market and increasing the localization depth of electronic technology and microelectronics of mobile telecommunications infrastructure".

During his remarks at the signing ceremony of this agreement, which was held at the place of Iran Mobile Communications Company (Part 1), the Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, referring to the capacity and capability of knowledge-based companies in providing the most strategic technological needs of the telecommunications and mobile communications industry, said: Linking the capabilities of knowledge-based companies with technological and innovative needs can lead to the formation of a large economy, and in this way, the Vice Presidency of Science is ready to create an interaction and link between knowledge-based companies and companies that are in the fields required by operators and providers to support telecommunication services.

Dehghani pointed out that the agreements are a step beyond the memorandums and in the executive and operational stage, and with the contracts, he advances the work, and said: In the new approach of the Vice Presidency of Science, by compiling the agreements, the number and figure, the strategy and the path are clear and below It defines various contracts.

The Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy stated that he hopes that this agreement will be the foundation for operational work to link the capabilities of knowledge-based and technological companies to the field of mobile communications and the formation of a large market in this field, and said: "This belief in the managers of the communication company is fortunate that this is the first and most important capital for cooperation.”

He added: This agreement is an opportunity for the development of businesses, and the opportunities of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund are available without any restrictions in this regard. In this regard, we will use all the strategic tools and facilities that we have at our disposal, without any restrictions, in the service of the development of this field.

Dehghani expressed hope that this agreement will have concrete outputs that can be offered to the people within the specified time frame.

Referring to the formation of the committee to follow up on the provisions of the agreement, the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy said: the progress of this agreement and the contracts under it will be followed up in three one-month intervals and then in three-month intervals during meetings.

According to the cooperation agreement for the development of the innovation ecosystem, the market and the deepening of the localization of electronic and microelectronic technology of mobile telecommunication infrastructures, according to the knowledge-based production leap law, the first companion company will receive tax exemption capacity in order to support the completion of the value chain, the development of new products and increase the scale and Use mass production of knowledge-based products.

Attracting the capital of development organizations for the development of knowledge-based products in the mentioned areas with the agency of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund and creating the capacity to export products and intellectual assets produced in this area are among the other issues raised in this agreement.

Increasing and multiplying financing in macro-projects related to the development of the innovation ecosystem and increasing the depth of localization of electronic and microelectronics technology infrastructures in the fields of communication and information technology through co-investment of the innovation fund and creating the financing capacity of this fund with the participation of the country's banking network and capital market in accordance with paragraph A, Article 17 of the knowledge-based production leap law up to three times the capital of the first company is one of the other topics of this agreement.
