According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, this memorandum was signed on Monday evening in the presence of the Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Mohammad Reza Kashfi, Deputy for Management and Resources Development, and Seyed Mohammad Javad Sadri Mehr, Director General of the Innovation Ecosystem Development Office in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology, and Akbar Ghanbarpour, CEO of Air Post and Telecommunication Services Company (PAYAM).

The existence of such infrastructures such as the airport and customs in an area close to Tehran is really a very valuable opportunity that should not be delayed in its exploitation.
He pointed out: In the special innovation zone of Payam, it is possible to create a national park for the aerospace industry with the presence of a large number of knowledge-based companies active in this area, to create a new habitat for the ICT industry due to the connection between the region and the Payam airport with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and finally to create a national park for new trade.
Dehghani stated: In this regard, it is very important to be able to find good actors who are interested in the implementation of this plan.
In the end, he expressed his hope that due to the sanctity of Muharram mourning and the mourning of true Shiites for Imam Hossein (PBUH), the success of a serious movement will be achieved in this field.
Before the speech of the vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based economy, Ghanbarpour, the CEO of the Post and Telecommunication Air Services Company (Payam) expressed his gratitude for the support of the vice presidency and said: We are ready to provide the necessary space for the establishment of an aerospace science and technology park and the establishment of knowledge-based companies and component manufacturers, as well as a space near the airport runway for the implementation of the plan to build a commercial plane in the Payam area, so that a suitable atmosphere is formed in the west of Tehran province in the field of innovation.
