The memorandum of understanding to establish the first "iTech" innovation center in the agriculture field was signed between the vice president for science and technology affairs and the ministry of agriculture. The MoU was signed by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, and Kazem Khavazi, the minister of agriculture.
