The anniversary of the martyrdom of Brigadier general Mansour Sattari and his martyred companions was held at Shahid Sattari University of Aeronautical Engineering in the presence of the minister of defense, the vice president for science and technology affairs, the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, and the commander-in-chief of Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by Shahid Sattari news headquarter, January 5^th, 2020 marks the 25^th anniversary of martyrdom of air forces of Iran. This year, another issue has saddened us. The anniversary of martyrdom of Sattari and his companions has been synchronized with the martyrdom of General Qasem Soleimani.

Similar to last years, the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force hosted a number of families of martyrs of the aerial incidence and military commanders.

Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, Brigadier General Amir Hatami, the current minister of defense of Iran, Abdol Rahim Mousavi, the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, Aziz Nasirzadeh, the commander-in-chief of Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force, the family of martyrs and a number of companions of Sattari were among the participants of the ceremony.

Sattari was an Elite and a Jihadi Person

Brigadier General Amir Hatami mentioned that Shahid Sattari was an elite and a Jihadi person, adding: Sattari was a strategic and Jihadi elite commander. He carried out tasks during his activities that have yielded results in the current time. He was the founder and designer of valuable works.

Pointing out the necessity of having the strategic power in today"s world, he added: Shahid Sattari knew about the needs of the role-playing mechanism on the world stage for years to come. When he flourished self-reliance and established the aerial university, few people were aware of the importance of these tasks. However, he knew that we needed power and we must have a strategic power to be present in the world’s scene.

Brigadier General Amir Hatami mentioned that Shahid Sattari had these ideas when he was a commander for less than 20 years. In this regard, he expressed: he had the passion, the will, the courage, the thought, and the conviction to serve the country, to make these ideas strategic and operational, and the conviction to serve the country.

The minister of defense and support of the armed forces considered the way of elite commanders such as martyr Sattari a great lesson for today"s youth.

Martyr General Soleimani Received the Highest Grace of God

The minister of defense described martyr General Qasem Soleimani as one of the most valuable examples of martyr culture.

He pointed out that the powerful leadership of martyrs such as martyr Soleimani has led to complete destruction of corruption. In this regard, he added: the Americans were frustrated with the destruction of their forces. They were supposed to support this corrupt group for many years, but failed to do so due to the efforts of martyrs such as martyr General Soleimani. Today, the value of the work of this martyr commander and his companions is clear to the world, and even those who approve the terroristic act of the United States know this truth.

The minster of defense continued: the world will realize that the martyrdom of General Soleimani and heads of resistance axis by the United States was to support the ISIS. Martyrdom, however, has made obstacles on the way for their sinister thoughts. This path will continue as we hold the anniversary of the 25^th martyrdom of Shahid Sattari.

Sattari was a Great Elite

Nasirzadeh, the commander-in-chief of Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force, mentioned that a number of resistance front commanders became martyrs with the crimes of most cruel governments, adding: we lost an elite with the martyrdom of General Soleimani, which is the most valuable asset of the country.

Appreciation and Praise

On the 25^th anniversary of martyrdom of “Mansour Sattari” and his companions, the families of martyrs of the airplane crash on January 5^th, 1995 in the presence of the mentioned authorities.

Brigadier general Mansour Sattari was martyred on January 5^th, 1995 in an airplane crash near Isfahan Airport along with a number of high-ranking officers of the air force.
