The second phase of development of science and technology park of Zanjan Higher Education University is inaugurated
The science and technology caravan entered the green plain of Tarom to visit the scientific and technological capacities of the region, improve the role of knowledge-based companies and startups in development of the regional innovation ecosystem, and officially inaugurate the second phase of development of science and technology park of higher education in Zanjan Province.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Zanjan Province hosted Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs to inaugurate the growth center of technological units of Zanjan University and observe the achievements of students and academics based in the science and technology park.
On this one-day travel, the science and technology caravan supports the potential capacities of the province such as creative and knowledge-based companies to join the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship.
“Farayande Roshd” knowledge-based company was the first host of the science and technology caravan. Technologists of this corporation have domesticized the mass production of automobile spare parts. On this visit, they talked about their achievements and abilities with the vice president for science and technology affairs.
The vice president for science and technology affairs will also visit Noavaran Industrial Town to visit three knowledge-based companies, assess their performance, and eliminate their problems.
Safi Sazan Safa Co. is active in the field of “filter press” and will be the first host of the vice president for science and technology affairs.
In the next part of the travel, Sattari and his delegation will visit Paarsan Co. (industrial power resistors) and its latest Iranian made products in the field of production of industrial power resistors.
After this visit, the next host of Sattari will be “Ideparvaran Kousha-e Zangan” knowledge-based company to exhibit its products in the field of alloys and precious metals.
Visiting a Cell Technology Project
In another part of this travel, Sattari will visit a technology project in the field of cells and genetic correction.
This knowledge-based project is the joint research project of University of Zanjan and ministry of agriculture of the province, initiated by importing sex cells from New Zealand.
In addition, Sattari will meet with the representative of the Supreme Leader and will attend the council meeting of the economy of resistance to learn about the capacities of the province in the flourishing of knowledge-based economy and necessity of sympathy for support of creative youth.
