According to the decree of President Ayatollah Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi, Rohollah Dehghani Firouzabadi was appointed as the head of the vice presidency of science and technology.

In the text of the presidential appointment decree, addressed to Dehghani Firouzabadi, is stated: "In view of the level of competence, experiences and scientific and managerial records of your excellency, by this decree, you are appointed as the head of the vice presidency of science and technology while maintaining your current position."

"There is hope by relying on the Almighty God and paying attention to "centered justice and revolutionary spirit", "people's care", "anti-corruption", "rule of law" and the provisions of the People's Government Managers' Agreement, with Jihadi planning and movement, be diligent to fulfill the wishes of the Supreme Leader in the field of science and technology in advancing the goals of the people's government and a strong Iran.

"I wish you success and pride in serving the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and fulfilling the missions and duties assigned by Almighty God."

Dr. Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi is currently working as the head of ACECR. Also, he has worked in the vice presidency of research, technology and innovation in Islamic Azad University, vice presidency of cultural and social in Sharif University of Technology, cooperation in vice presidency of research and advisor to the president of Sharif University of Technology and associate professor of aerospace engineering faculty and academic member of the Sharif University of Technology. He led and developed more than 30 knowledge-based companies in specialized fields, and managed and implemented several projects and national industrial plans, and established and managed Shahid Tehrani Moghadam Innovation and Research Center, as well as managing its growth center in the field of science and technology.

Dehghani Firouzabadi completed his studies in the field of aerospace engineering at Sharif University of Technology and is currently working as an associate professor in the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering and a member of the academic board in this university.
