The vice president for science and technology affairs stated: by forming Makran science and technology park and interactions to develop innovation in Chabahar free zone, this region is now linked to the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, expressed during his one-day trip to Chabahar free zone: last year, a cooperation agreement was signed to create Chabahar free zone. Today, the necessary infrastructures for development of the ecosystem of innovation and technology have been created.

The vice president for science and technology affairs regarded the determination of various parts of the province as a factor for development of knowledge-based economy in the province, adding: although we are still at the beginning of the path, the important point is the empathy among the provincial authorities.

Emphasizing that the young and creative human resources are the most important factor for development of the knowledge-based economy, Sattari continued: focusing on the creative and educated youth leads to the flourishing of knowledge-based economy. Educated and innovative young people are the foundation of this economy.

Pointing out that the launch of Makran science and technology park is linked to the area to the innovation ecosystem, he continued: good things have happened in the Zeits innovation boom and 10 thousand square meters of space will be available in the next three months.

He also asserted: we are prepared to pay all costs of renovation and occupation of companies in each of the towns of the province.
