Based on your qualifications and experiences, I appoint you as the "Head of the Communications and Information Office" according to this order. According to the high goals of the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy and the need for planning and transformation in promoting the country's knowledge-based economy, the following main missions are expected from that office:

Establishing effective communication with all visual, audio and written media to spread the country's achievements and opportunities in the field of knowledge-based economy as best as possible.

Using new technologies with social tools to promote, culture and spread news, achievements and opportunities for cooperation and synergy with the vice presidency

Planning to create an image and awareness of the talents, abilities and capacities of work and entrepreneurship in the country and create bright hopes for the future by using the capacities of creative groups and popular media.

Creating an image and introducing the services of the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy at the community level as an intelligent, agile, responsive and supportive institution for elites and knowledge-based and creative collections.

Producing high-quality issue-oriented media content to reflect the main needs of the country and the formation of elite currents around priority issues.

Supporting the formation of the literature demanding progress, relying on the capabilities created in the country and the need to synergize all elements of the government and governance with the development of the knowledge-based economy.

Facilitating two-way communication between the specialized departments of the vice presidency of science, technology and knowledge-based economy with elite and industrial societies for exchange of ideas and synergy
