The president of the Iran National Science Foundation noted the variety of activities and services offered as one of the new approaches of the center to provide a balanced view of the researchers in the country to provide a rational view of the science production in the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Iman Eftekhari, the president of the Iran National Science Foundation, considered the major activities of the center in areas to be the support for research projects, post-doctoral, post-doctoral special, doctoral dissertations, support for scientific conferences and events, grant of research chair, research grant (Grant), stating: of course, support for the creation and development of innovation centers is also on the list so that more scientific activities can be carried out by researchers in the country.

Eftekhari continued: since its formation, the activities of the foundation have been doubled. Therefore, diversification of activities and providing services, improving the quality, establishing balance, duplicating, targeting and testing research are among the new approaches of the foundation so that in addition to balanced support, there must be a logical view to produce science and technology research and affairs.

The president of the Iran National Science Foundation considered the formulation of challenge plans, pioneers, covenants, vanguard considered other new funding strategies as other new strategies of the foundation, marking: in addition to these programs, the foundation has important international activities, including cooperation with Russia, Germany, China, Japan and Austria.
