Nano Solutions Will Be Provided in the Agricultural Field
Holding innovative challenges is one of the measures taken with the support of the nanotechnology development headquarter so that industrial needs of the country would be met by relying on the abilities of the domestic workforce. Currently, a new innovation challenge has been announced in agricultural field.
“Reducing leaching and urea fertilizer loss in agricultural use” is the title of an innovation challenge that invites technologists and activists to send their projects in the field of elimination of agricultural needs until August 2nd, 2020. For more information, please refer to the website of nanotechnology development headquarter.
The challenge follows the development of nanotechnology-based solutions to reduce urea fertilizer loss. Urea is one of the commonly used fertilizers in agriculture that is important for meeting nutritional needs of plants.
Therefore, any technological action to reduce that waste is an effective step. Because the main problem in using it is wasted for various reasons such as washing and sublimation.
According to the report, the Technology and Innovation Challenge is a competition aimed at developing technological solutions to solve the problems of industrial enterprises or developing innovative services and products.
In this type of competition, private or state-owned industrial companies can find the most appropriate technological solutions to overcome their technological problems. The participants of the challenge are mostly students or faculty members of universities and research centers, independent researchers and small and moderate creative and innovative companies (including knowledge-based and non-knowledge) inside or outside the country. However, there is no limitation on participation in the challenge.
