Cooperation of the Islamic Consultative Assembly with the Innovation Ecosystem;
Knowledge-based companies will meet the technological needs of the agricultural sector
The Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and the ministry of agriculture have initiated cooperation to hold a national event that meets the technological needs of the agricultural sector. In this regard, a meeting was held in the presence of the representatives of the agriculture commission of the Islamic consultative assembly to increase the influence of technology and innovation in this area.
A joint meeting was held between Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, and Kazem Khavazi, the minister of agriculture to accelerate the development of knowledge-based economy in the agricultural sector. The meeting was held to design a national event to solve technological needs of the agricultural sector.
"Effective communication between the university, knowledge-based companies and the agricultural ecology sector" is the title of a meeting held in the presence of a group of members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly at the Kariz Etemad Accelerator.
Holding the event and solving technological needs of the agricultural sector with Iranian products needs certain infrastructures.
Therefore, a meeting was held with the representatives of the Agriculture Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly to accelerate the establishment of infrastructure in this area with the support of the Assembly. At this meeting, explanations were given about the national event of presenting the technological needs of the agricultural sector and the exhibition of capable knowledge-based companies in the field of agriculture. In addition, introducing the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecology Ecosystem of Iran University of Science and Technology and other components of the event was another part of the meeting. Holding this event with the cooperation of the Islamic Consultative Assembly can be the basis for the movement of knowledge-based companies from the industrial field to the agricultural sector and solving its problems.
The meeting, which was attended by 12 members of parliament, also examined the capacity of the agricultural innovation space, opportunities and threats.
Seyed Javad Sadatinejad, the representative of Kashan, Somayeh Rafiei, the representative of Tehran, Mohammad Taghi Naghdali, the representative of Khomeini Shahr, Abdollah Izadpanah, the representative of Izeh, Hossein Raeisi, the representative of Minab, Parviz Osati, the representative of Qorveh and some other representatives attended the meeting.
They learned about a part of innovative technologies in the innovation and technology ecosystem and visited various parts of the accelerator.
