According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Esmaeil Ghaderifar, head of the strategic technologies development headquarter, mentioned that information about the activities performed in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship is scarce during the ceremony for signing an agreement on the formation of an innovation center of creative industries in Payam-e Noor University, stating: Payam-e Noor University is one of the most proper entrepreneurial capacities in the country and must be used appropriately.

According to Ghaderifar, one of the basic needs in the field of entrepreneurship is the creation of jobs in the field of "Medium Tech". In recent years, all of our efforts have been focused on "high-tech" domains and neglected the ability to create jobs in other areas, which is possible with the help of humanities graduates and the creative program designed to pursuit this goal.

Development of Capacities of Creative Industries with the Help of Payam-e Noor University

Mohammad Hossein Sajadi, the secretary of soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter, pointed out the ecosystem development program for creative companies, expressing: the program began at beginning of 2018 in the Vice-Presidency. During the ceremony, an agreement was signed by Payam-e Noor University, the Vice-Presidency, and the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter with the goals of laying the proper foundation for discourse, motivating and educating entrepreneurship, supporting the development of products and entering the products into the market for new companies of creative industries, and helping the export of products of creative industries to foreign countries.

Long-term support to flourish and boom the innovation center of creative industries and its branches in academic centers, constant presence and cooperation in activities of the innovation center of creative industries through office of supervision and expertise at the secretariat of the creative ecosystem development program, helping the establishment of teams and companies at early stages, facilitating the introduction of university and innovation center of creative industries as the cooperator or broker serving in the creative ecosystem, facilitating the support of introduced universities and companies to exploit the facilities in the creative ecosystem, and supporting the creative industries innovation center to benefit from the achievements of the program in the form of providing educational courses are among other responsibilities of the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter.
