To cooperate in establishing and developing specialized accelerators, innovation centers and supporting the ecosystem of creative and cultural industries, an agreement was signed between the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and Parsian Holding as the representative of Mostazafan Foundation.

The agreement was signed in the presence of the authorities of two units including the secretary of the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter and greatly emphasized the development of creative and cultural industries.

Establishing a proper mechanism and framework for the development of technologies and innovations in areas related to the development, development and social and cultural justice of the country, using the potential of knowledge-based, creative, technology and innovation companies, are parts of the agreement reached between the two institutions.

In addition, it was decided to develop specialized accelerators and innovation centers and factories with the cooperation of the two parties.

Collaboration in leading, policymaking and planning issues related to social, cultural development, progress, and equity based on the foundation"s mandate and mission and the framework of the law on the protection of knowledge-based enterprises and the creative environment program are other topics of the agreement.
