Recognizing the general capacities of experts in this field is one of the goals for holding the event, so that a new step could be taken toward effective media activities in the country. In addition, familiarization with the latest findings of cognitive sciences tools in the media, use of rehabilitation and information methods to prevent the promotion of media delusions, effects of media training on healthy governors, application of media linguistics tools for the dissemination and control of information and its consequences, and use of artificial intelligence in cognitive sciences for updating the exchange of information are other purposes of holding this conference.

Research topics in cognitive and media sciences, philosophy of mind and media, neuroscience and media, artificial intelligence and media, behavioral and media economics, personal and media education, cognitive and media sociology, and neuroscience and media marketing are some of the topics of this conference that promotes the methods of cognitive science in the media.
