“Designing marine taxis” is the title of a competition that will be held in line with the development of the marine tourism industry. The ideas in this field will be accelerated in the event.

Baadban accelerator holds the event, in which the participants are asked to design a marine taxi with a capacity of six passengers and one captain for marine travels between south ports of the country along with an easy and pleasurable travel for passengers and a space for their belongings.

Important points in this design include attention to environmental and cultural conditions, the ability to produce the designed concept, attention to optimality and having a length of about 9 meters.

Submissions must include a description of the original idea, two-dimensional design and sketch, and a final design in 3D. Those interested in attending the event have until July 21^st, 2020.

In addition, Baadban accelerator will support the selected design of the completion for commercialization and establishment of a technological company in the field of marine architecture.

The event is among the CronUp virtual events. CronUp is a set of virtual events held for innovation and technology ecosystem. The event follows up the formation of an efficient infrastructure for the development of educational and technology activities virtually.
