The first export hub of digital content of the country will be unveiled with the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mahdi Mohammadi, secretary of the automation and digital economy development headquarter, pointed out the unveiling of the first export hub of digital content in the country, stating: this hub is the first hub for export of digital content in various fields, such as cellphone apps, video content and animation.

He added: currently, 22 thousand programmers are active in Café Bazar in the field of design and development of apps. These individuals have no acceptable activity in the international markets and their domestic market is not that significant.

Iranian Apps Will Be Presented to the Global Market

He also asserted: for this reason, there was a need to create support for these apps to operate in international markets and access global markets such as App Store and Google Play.

The secretary of the automation and digital economy development headquarter pointed out the changes required in apps to be present in the global market, marking: this institute attempts to enter the apps on Café Bazar into multi-lingual global markets as an international mediator. In addition, design of these apps must be interesting to the world.

He also affirmed: the export hub of digital content is a part of a larger puzzle called digital occupation ecosystem. This ecosystem will be developed by holding programming boot camps and accelerators. In fact, the existing apps are first presented in boot camps and then turned into accelerators. The final stage involves turning apps into corporations and introducing them to global markets.
