On the sidelines of the signing of this memorandum of cooperation, referring to the role of creative, soft and cultural industries in the development of the country's economy and authority, the Vice President said: "Development is a cultural concept and if culture is reformed, the knowledge-based economy will find its way to development and authority for the country”.

Funding and development of creative companies by issuing advance payment guarantees, good performance, commitment to pay with easy terms, leasing products and services of creative industries by providing facilities to buyers of products and services, allocating working capital and investment In implementing projects with different methods as well as identifying and using new financial tools, holding events and attending events and accelerators in the field of creative industries and financing projects and creative companies are the axes of this memorandum of cooperation.

During his trip to Qom province, Sattari visited the process of constructing an innovation factory in this province and was informed about the progress of the work.

The Vice President of Science and Technology inaugurated the Innovation Center for the Faculty of Engineering, Qom University. Also, the agreement to establish a campus for creativity and innovation in the Islamic world with the management center of the country's seminaries was another part of Sattari's trip to Qom province.

In another part of the trip, the Vice President of Science and Technology visited the exhibition of knowledge-based, creative and cultural products of Qom University Jihad and met with technology activists of these units.

 Sattari in this visit in the exhibition of technological and creative achievements of Qom University, accompanied by the governor and the president of this university, from various achievements such as medical automation of medical information product of the Medical Information Technology Center, sperm protamine deficiency test kit and sperm DNA failure kit Reproduction technology of Jihad University of Qom province was three products that were presented in the exhibition of knowledge-based and technological products of the province.
