The ceremony was attended by the heads and officials of 180 technical and vocational colleges of the country online. The Fashion and Creativity Innovation and Creativity Center includes several workshops on designing, sewing, dosing and displaying clothes. In this center, creative teams in this field shared their latest products and ideas with the Vice President for Science and Technology.

An exhibition entitled "Achievements of the Centers of Prosperity and Technical and Professional Creativity" was also held on the sidelines of the event.
