The secretary of biotechnology development headquarter announced the holding of the national biotechnology school of Iran with the support of the biotechnology development headquarter, stating: the second round of the national school will be held in February.

The national biotechnology school of Iran was established in summer 2019 with the goal of strengthening and increasing skill training for students and graduates in the biotechnology field.

The school is held every year in summer and winter at two primary and advanced levels with the support of the biotechnology development headquarter and by Pasteur Institute of Iran and Tarbiat Modarres University.

"Graduates interested in entering the field of start-ups and knowledge-basd can attend specialized courses in this school by learning the skills and techniques required by each discipline to become proficient in the field."

Ghanei continued: The summer round of this scientific event will be virtual and the winter course will be in person with side workshops.

The educational courses of the technological event will be held in six areas of vaccine-protein engineering, environmental biotechnology, genetic reserves and biobank, industrial biotechnology, biomedical computing and biological economics, special for students and graduates at BSc, MSc and PhD levels.

The headings will be specialized in advanced and winter courses, and each participant can use each of the headings specially.
