The scientific event of “smart data mining by cognitive power” will be held by the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and the top winners will receive a cash prize of 60 million tomans. The event will be held in Tehran Innovation Factory.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, with the increasing growth of content production and statistics, the analysis of these statistics and the acquisition of their essential information has become a separate branch of science. Data mining is used for discovery of hidden connections and prediction of the future process. Statistics, artificial intelligence and machine learning are among the scientific subdivisions of data mining. Therefore, this scientific phenomenon has been established to find meaning in Iranian data and present an applicable issue to be solved by smart data mining. As such, different sub-organizations of the Vice-Presidency, including the digital technology and automation technologies development headquarter will support this gathering.

This support is considered by paying a cash prize of 20 million tomans (a maximum of 60 million tomans) to the selected teams. In addition, two selected teams will be able to enter the Sarava business flourishing program. The event will be held in Tehran Innovation Factory and applicants can register for the event until October 20^th, 2019. In addition, deadline for receiving the projects is November 6^th, 2019.
