The quality of tap water will improve in Markazi Province
A cooperation agreement was signed among the water, drought, erosion and environment technologies development headquarter, vice chancellor for civil affairs of Markazi province (the governorate) and water and wastewater company of the province.
By signing of the agreement, the development and use of new technologies for elimination of quality problem of tap water will increase with the cooperation of knowledge-based companies.
In addition, expanding the use of modern technologies for drinking water supply and sanitation by installing water treatment systems to remove turbidity, nitrates and other pollutants in collaboration with the Headquarters, the Governorate and Waterfowl are some of the issues pursued in this joint cooperation agreement.
In this regard, it is important to penetrate and localize pollutant removal technologies using new technologies for water treatment applying the capacity of knowledge-based companies, which will be facilitated by the signing of this memorandum of understanding.
The agreement was signed by Nader Gholi Ebrahimi, the secretary of water, drought, erosion and environment technologies development headquarter, Yousef Erfani Nasab, the CEO of water and wastewater engineering company of Markazi province, and Mahdi Zandvakili, the vice chancellor for civil affairs.
