The strategic technologies laboratory network seeks to create the necessary infrastructures to present the services of member centers to foreign customers.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the strategic technologies laboratory network is formed to qualitatively and quantitatively develop laboratory services in the country, covering 400 specialized laboratory centers across the nation.

The program of activities of the network has been defined for this year and has been approved by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs. In this regard, the laboratory network will implement different promotional programs to encourage researchers, industrialists, and knowledge-based companies. Another goal is entering products into the foreign laboratory services, especially the neighboring countries. The presence of several universities and considerable presence of researchers in neighboring countries have created a valuable opportunity for laboratory networks of Iran. The laboratory network has put the formation of the necessary infrastructures to present services of these centers to foreign customers on its agenda in this year.
