In line with the automation and improvement of data safety in the energy field as an important industrial propellant of the country, the first Specialized Exhibition on Petroleum Security and ICT will be held with the cooperation of digital economy and automation technologies development headquarter.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, a specialized exhibition on security, information technology and safety in oil, gas and petrochemical industries will be held for the first time. Different goals have been determined for the exhibition that will be held December 30th-January 2nd, 2019 at the location of Assaluyeh Exhibitions, including strengthening and updating security systems and getting acquainted with the latest systems, security, protection and information technology technologies.
The authorities of the exhibition emphasized the introduction of industry security achievements and considered direct interactions with companies implementing safety and security systems and operators of these systems as the major strategies of this knowledge-based economy.
In addition to determine the “need-centered” and “problem-oriented” priorities for active knowledge-based companies in the field, recognition and introduction of technological products and services of knowledge-based companies and domestic producers to large producers of the products is another objective of the event.
Subcategories of Exhibition
Today, the protection of industrial centers has shifted from its traditional concept of skilled human resources recruitment and has undertaken a major part of the protective functions of technological infrastructures. Therefore, discussions on modern manpower protection, equipment and facilities protection, standardization of methods and IT protection are among the exhibition"s subcategories. Different sections have been determined in the information technology section for knowledge-based companies and domestic producers, including infrastructures and hardware, financial-administrative software and electronic services, automation and Internet of Things, securing, maintaining access, antiviruses and protection against malware, cloud computing, IT infrastructure protection (products and services), security of physical and cyber systems, document and media protection, access and identity management.
